		<description>Thank you Heidi.  Ethics in network marketing is so important.  Those who are just in it for a few quick bucks can do immense damage to the company and to the industry as a whole.  

On our team, it is an unspoken rule that once you have built your downline to a certain point, you must help your team build theirs.  And everyone helps everyone else whether they are on your direct team or not.  I have actually had a woman from our company but not on my team drive over an hour to show a business presentation for me so I could go to a training seminar.  She received nothing if the prospect joined.  Why did she do it?  Because, as she put it, we are all on the same team.  The team of people trying to build better lives for our families.</description>
