I send out thank you cards often. Once they’ve been sent out, I forget that I’ve sent the card. Sometimes you don’t have a snail mail address, so I’ve dropped an email note of appreciation. You’ve ever visited someone’s website and something they wrote made you stop and think, left an impact on their life.
