Thanks, Jeanie! It would be much fun was my younger kids are out of the home to travel around the countryside with camera is hand. So much to see, so much to do, life will never get boring.

Heidi,

I have seen this magnificent photo before. I was in awe of it then, and this morning when I saw it at your blog, I was just as taken by its beauty. You do have a special talent for capturing beauty and elegance in the camera's lens.

Betty you may have gotten snow that day, remember a Valentine's day 2-3 years ago with snow?

Thanks both Betty and Beverly!

Beverly, It wasn't hard for me to think of it. One of my sons was delivering for a florist that day, and brought me a dozen red roses. I'm smelling them, enjoying their beauty, watching the kids outside scraping snow off the cars and lawn to get enough to make a snowman. So I look at the roses, look at the snowman, go out and hand him a rose, watching the snow flakes collect on the rose. I saw it in my mind the rose and snow contrasting. A must do.

That's a beautiful picture! When I was living in Ohio, pictures like that were more common than not in February. Of course, I'm not a photographer so I would've never thought of capturing such a beautiful image.
